Global Settings and Functions

SobiPro's global functions are the System Settings, the Access Control List (ACL), the Application Manager and the (global) Template Manager.

The SobiPro system settings contain the global settings for SobiPro. These are the section independent settings like the global configuration, the definition of input filters, the system check and the error log.

The access control list (ACL) lets you manage the rules, the application manager lists installed and available applications for SobiPro, lets you manage SobiPro's repository and install applications via repository or manually. The (global) template manager lists the templates for all sections and the template storage which holds the templates installed by applications.

System Settings

The SobiPro system settings have an effect upon all SobiPro sections (global configuration, input filters, ...) and allow to perform a system check and let you control system-wide problems.

Access Control List

SobiPro has integrated a powerful ACL (access control list) feature, which allows to set different front-end and back-end permissions for specific Joomla user groups within your SobiPro directory component.

Application Manager

SobiPro provides an Application Manager to install and managed SobiPro applications. The applications can be installed either directly from your PC, or via the built-in repository.

Template Manager

SobiPro has its own templates to show all visual output on front-end. Each section has its own independent set of template files to which you have access within the section itself. The global template manager gives you access to all SobiPro templates available on your system and to the template storage which holds the templates installed by applications.
