Hi,

I have upgraded to 1.3.1, but am still seeing the same error in the back end.
On the front end, once I enter the required fields and submit, it gives me a blank page. Entries are not submitted.
Website URL http://allgoodlawyers.net/lawyer-directory/add-listing.html

This is a recent phenomenon, since the directory was working fine BEFORE the 1.3.1 update.

Please advise.

"Best Directory" Claims, but with worst support. I poste this issue about a month back and still havent got any feedback on it. Even though I purchased the initial subscription. You people seriously ned to think out your support.

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever solve it? I'm having the same issue with a new installation of SobiPro. It seems to have happened when I deleted a few of the default categories. I have emptied system cache, re-crawled the directory, made sure there were no entries in the deleted categories, made sure there were no abandoned sub-directories. Just seems to be a bug that never got fixed.

Sorry, our support is not for free (even you had an initial subscription) because we have an expensive habit called eating!

"Missing Base Data" message is only a notice that something is not correctly configured. It is not a bug!
Perhaps you deleted something in one place and use it in another.
After you fixed your system, you need to clear the cache to get the message removed.
