Hello,

When a site user goes to the list of authors on our website and selects the "contact us" button or "request appointment" tab and press send to send an email. It will not send an email. When doing any action that requires contacting an author, the screen will stay static with all information a user filled in and will not send an email.

How can I get it so when a user clicks send on contact us or request an appointment that it will send an email request to the author?

Link provided for testing.

From what I see there is no JS action when send button is pressed. It can happens when you use old contact form template with new contact form field version and send button is called in wrong way. They can be also some conflict with one of other applications used at your site.
If you would like to get more help from us, please use support for members section.
