Keyword search box results on front end (missing listing page)

When you type in the word clink and click results it only brings up 2 listing results it should bring up 3, see links below:

the search result brings up the following:

Clink Prison Museum London
https://www.ukschooltrips.co.uk/school-day-trip-destinations/1798-clink-prison-museum-london.html

Clink261 Hostel London
https://www.ukschooltrips.co.uk/accommodation-residential-centres/2045-clink261-hostels-london.html

It should also bring up the following but is missing from the final search results?

clink78 hostel london
https://www.ukschooltrips.co.uk/accommodation-residential-centres/2065-clink78-hostel-london.html

how do I fix that? danke

Hi

You mean the search form on the home page? This is 3rd party search module, first of all you would need to check regular SobiPro search, however it seems like your template is modified in the way to not show it, or I don't have necessary permissions to access it.
So like I wrote, first of all verify if regular SobiPro search works correctly, if there is OK, contact with your search module developers or support and ask them for eventual help.

No regular SobiPro search functionality which can be accessed for example using link to the search form:
https://www.sigsiu.net/center/getting-started/368-joomla-menu-item-for-sobipro#search

you mention 3rd party search module can you tell me what it is?

I mean module which I marked in attached screenshot. It isn't our extension.
